Green Lodging:

In 1994, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) established the Florida Green Lodging Program to recognize and reward environmentally conscientious lodging facilities in the state. The program covers an all inclusive list of environmental initiatives designed to protect Florida’s natural resources and reduce energy, water, and solid waste disposal costs for your lodging facility.
